Byran Jarrett
Pastor Northplace Church
Bryan is the featured Guest Speaker for Network Conference

Dr. Bryan Jarrett is the Lead Pastor of Northplace Church in Sachse, Texas, where his leadership centers on reaching “forgotten people in forgotten places,” a vision shaped by his own story of redemption and healing. He is an author, an internationally sought after speaker, and a respected leader serving across universities, missions agencies, church planting networks, and global financial institutions.

Bryan holds a B.A., an M.A., and a Doctorate of Ministry, reflecting his commitment to deep theological formation and equipping the Church.
In 2015, he and his wife Haley founded Lonesome Dove Ranch, a 120-acre refuge in North Texas that provides healing and restorative support for abused and traumatized children — an initiative rooted in their shared passion for vulnerable populations.

In addition to his pastoral and compassion driven work, Bryan is a leading advocate for rural ministry. Drawing from his upbringing in a small farming community, he launched the Rural Matters initiative and the Water Tower Leadership Network, which train and resource rural pastors across the country and have grown into national, multi denominational movements.

Bryan’s voice is marked by authenticity, compassion, and strategic insight, making him a sought-after communicator for conferences, leadership gatherings, and ministry training environments worldwide.  Bryan and Haley married in 1993 and have dedicated their lives to ministry together. They are parents to three adult children—Cadyn, Gavyn, and Addisyn—and recently became grandparents for the first time.

Chris Carter
AGWM Missionary
Chris is the Speaker for the World Missions Service

Chris Carter was born in Soldotna, Alaska and raised in Nikiski, Alaska. When he was 17, God called him to be a missionary through a vision at the Peninsula Sectional Snow Camp. In preparation for a career in missions, Chris studied at Central Bible College, The Assemblies of God Theological Seminary, Fuller Theological Seminary, and in 2005, he earned his Ph.D. in New Testament Studies from the University Aberdeen in Scotland. Chris, his wife, Lindsey, and their three kids were appointed to serve as missionaries to the Philippines in 2005. In this first term, Chris taught New Testament at Asia Pacific Theological Seminary. During an area retreat in Malaysia, God spoke to Chris and Lindsey and called them to Japan.
The Carters arrived in Japan in 2011 just after a massive earthquake and nuclear disaster. As God developed their ministry, they became the lead pastors of Tsukuba International Christian Assembly, and God gave them a big vision. Over the past several years they have been building and leading a team of church planters to plant a church at every stop of the Tsukuba Express train line which connects Tsukuba with Tokyo and has 20 stops. God has been using them to do amazing things and through their ministry many Japanese people have come to Jesus.
