Conference Registration:  Online pre-registration is highly encouraged and available through April 18th at akministrynetwork.org. For those who prefer to pre-register through the mail or at the Network Office, a paper copy of the pre-registration form is included in this packet.  There is no fee to register and everyone participating in Network Conference is encouraged to register.

This year, check-in and in-person registration will be available Monday evening, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Tuesday morning, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. in the True North Church Lobby.  This is a great opportunity to receive your nametags, luncheon tickets and a hard copy of the booklet, if desired.  

Please note that if you are registering as a church delegate, you must return the delegate form found in this packet to complete your registration.

Westmark Hotel is centrally located in downtown Fairbanks and is a 10-minute drive to True North Church.  To access the special conference rate of $125 for either a King or Two Queen Standard room, please visit hilton.com, search for the Westmark Fairbanks and use the Group Code CBB in the special rates tab. Alternatively, you may call 1-888-4HONORS and give the CBB code to the reservationist. Please note that this rate is available only until either the block fills up or until March 25th, 2026.  This group code is inclusive of the $9.99 daily parking fee. In addition, a breakfast buffet is available at the hotel for $21.95 per person per day.

Conference Schedule & Location:
The Network Conference daytime sessions, Tuesday through Thursday, will be held at True North Church (3295 College Road, Fairbanks) beginning at 9:00 a.m. daily. The evening services will also be held at True North Church at 6:30 p.m. nightly.

Conference Kick-Off: Family Dinner: 
This year’s conference will begin with a no-agenda, no-cost Family Dinner held at True North This year’s conference will begin with a no-agenda, no-cost Family Dinner held at True North Church (3295 College Road, Fairbanks) on Monday at 6:00 p.m. Ministers and their families are invited to join us for a time of fellowship and a delicious barbecue meal catered by a local favorite, Big Daddy’s. Please register in advance to help with planning for the evening. Families will remain together for this time, so no separate childcare will be provided.

Morning Connection: True North Church will provide pastries and drip coffee Tuesday through Thursday mornings in the lobby beginning at 8:00 a.m. at no cost. This is a wonderful time to connect with friends at the start of each day.  For those who enjoy specialty drinks, the café will be open and serve hand-crafted beverages at cost.

Youth Leaders Connect: Youth leaders are welcome to join the new NextGen Director, Nathan Lopez, for an after-service event on Tuesday, April 28th. More details will be announced later. There is no charge for this event, but you must pre-register.

Women's Ministries Lunch: Wednesday, April 29th at Pike's Waterfront Lodge - Binkley Room (1850 Hoselton Rd). Our theme is "As in Heaven", Sheila Harper is our featured speaker, and the cost is $25. Ladies can look forward to a joyful time including a taco bar lunch, friendship, and great gifts and prizes!  Please note, there is only seating available for 100 women, so purchase your tickets early to participate.

Men's Ministries Lunch: Wednesday, April 29th at True North Church in the Lobby. Guys are invited to come and hear Jack Harper speak while enjoying a delicious lasagna lunch. The cost for this event is $25, and the giveaways will be plentiful.  Please note, there is only seating available for 100 men, so purchase your tickets early to participate.

KidMin Leaders Connect: Wednesday evening, April 29th, after the service, Children’s leaders are invited to join Pastor Pam for food and fellowship in the Conference Room at True North Church. There is no charge for this event, but you must pre-register.

Credentialing Reception: During the Thursday evening service, we are excited to recognize 17 individuals who are receiving either new or upgraded credentials!  After the credentialing service, there will be a cookie reception in the Lobby hosted by Chi Alpha.  Please consider mingling after the service to celebrate our credentialees and to offer your congratulations and support!

Bonus Day: NextGen Discipleship Discussion Roundtable:  On the Friday following Network Conference, we are providing an amazing opportunity dedicated to strengthening the next generation of disciples. The Discipleship Discussion led by a team of National AG Leaders, will bring together lead pastors, youth leaders, and children’s leaders for a dynamic, collaborative experience rooted in the latest research on faith formation.

Throughout the day, you and your team will engage in meaningful conversation around best practices, explore proven strategies for discipling kids and youth, and connect with other ministry leaders who share your passion for the next generation. Whether you are looking to refine your current approach or discover fresh ideas, this is a space designed to equip and inspire.

The event will be held at Jubilee Worship Center (541 3rd Street, Fairbanks) from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with an optional evening activity to close out the day. Lunch will be provided on-site, and childcare is available for children ages 3 years through 5th grade.
